Use and care: Before first use and after each use, wash by hand in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not put in dishwasher and avoid using metal utensils (silicone or wood are recommended). The acid in some foods may stain the pan, but occasional stains or scratches will not affect the performance of the cookware.
Baking instructions: Preheat oven according to recipe or cake mix instructions. Prepare the inside of the pan with parchment paper or release spray. Bake as indicated in your favorite recipe. For even browning, bake on upper oven rack only.
