Here is the "Vega90" silicone mold that can be used to decorate a tartlet or to make a dessert in the shape of Santa's hat :)

Mousse, bavaroise, .... everything is possible and when your preparation is unmolded, finalize the decoration with a velvet spray or a mirror glaze.

Suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C, it is also suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
