Mold gâteaux silicone 18 cannelés

Silicone mold for making 18 cannelés, with clean, ultra-easy demolding. Comes with a recipe card.

Material: food-contact silicone

Ultra-flexible, non-stick mold

Dimensions: 18 moulds Ø 3.5 x h 3 cm

Mould dimensions: 29.5 x 18 cm

Use: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer.

Temperature-resistant from -20°C to + 230°C.

Dishwasher, electric oven and conventional oven safe.

Precautions for use: Do not place the mold in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use sharp tools in the mold.

1st use: before the first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the mold only when you use it for the first time. Do not put the mold in the oven without filling all the cavities (add a little water if a cavity remains empty). Once the dough has been poured in, clean the edges of the cavities or the contours of your mold before placing in the oven.

Warning: Carefully remove the staples or tie to separate the mold from the recipe card.
