Preparation: mix 50 g of mix with 50 ml of water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill a lace mold with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (100°C fan oven) (or 3-4 hours in the open air, out of the oven). To prevent hardening, cover the mix with aluminum foil at all times and process within 2 hours.
