The FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco is perfect for topping and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. It's much lighter than many other creams, but still quite stiff to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully tall. Enchanted Cream® Choco is made in minutes. Just add water and/or milk, stir and it's ready to use straight away. With this version of our famous cream, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: the heavenly taste and texture of Enchanted Cream® and the rich flavor of chocolate.

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, blend 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as a topping or for decoration. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before re-use. If you prefer, you can also prepare the mixture with milk only (200 ml) or water only (200 ml), to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Crème Enchantée® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (Ø25 cm), or to swirl over 24 to 30 cupcakes.
