Cover your Bavarois, desserts and other sweet treats with a beautiful mirror icing from FunCakes. The glaze is also known as Cold Gel.

Instructions: for cold use, spread the glaze with a spatula over your bavarois or other desserts. You can also use a brush to protect fresh fruit. Coloration possible. Stir before use.
