Preparation: Work the ingredients together at room temperature. Preheat oven to 150°C (convection oven 140°C). Place the butter in the bowl. Mix with a flat beater for 3-4 minutes on low speed. Add the eggs and mixture to the bowl. Mix again with the flat beater for 5 minutes on medium speed. Spray the sides of the cake tin (25 cm) with Bake Release Spray. Fill the greased tin with the batter. Bake the cake for 60 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven.
