Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mixture, 150 g butter (cream) and 1 egg (50 g) to obtain a firm dough. Leave to harden in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a flat, floured surface (3 mm thick), cut out the cookies and bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden-brown. Leave to cool and decorate as desired. Suitable for approx. 25 7-10 cm cookies, depending on thickness and shape.
