LorAnn Concentrated Flavour - Sparkling Wine (3.7ml)

LorAnn's Super Strength Flavors concentrated flavours are powerful flavourings, also called "candy oils" or "candy flavours". These flavourings are not oil-based and therefore contain no vegetable oil. The term "candy oil" refers to the fact that the taste is concentrated and not diluted. These flavourings are three to four times stronger than water and alcohol-based flavouring extracts.

If you wish to replace one of the flavouring extracts in a recipe with the corresponding LorAnn concentrated flavour, it is recommended to use only ¼ to ½ teaspoon for each teaspoon of extract. Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavour of the product in any way.

These flavourings are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. Thanks to the high concentration, the structure of fondant and marzipan hardly changes when one and/or the other of these flavourings is added. However, they are equally suitable for chocolate, confectionery, cakes, biscuits and other brownies.

For best results, it is strongly recommended to follow the instructions below:

• Immediately wipe any spills on plastic utensils and work surfaces to prevent damage from prolonged contact.
• Do not use any synthetic kitchen utensils.
• Avoid direct contact with skin if the product is used undiluted. Some flavours, such as cinnamon and almond, are particularly strong.

This product, certified kosher, sugar-free, contains NO vegetable oil. It contains only natural and artificial flavours insoluble in water for use in chocolate.
