LorAnn Concentrated Flavour - Maple (3.7ml)

LorAnn Super Strength Flavors are powerful flavouring agents, also known as candy oil or candy flavor. These flavouring agents are not oil-based and contain no vegetable oil. The term candy oil refers to the fact that their flavour is concentrated and undiluted. These flavouring agents have three to four times the flavouring power of water and alcohol-based extracts.

When replacing traditional flavouring agents in a recipe with these concentrated extracts, using ¼ to ½ teaspoon instead of one teaspoon will be sufficient to achieve an equivalent result. The flavour will not disappear during cooking.

The flavouring agents are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan preparations. Due to their high concentration, these flavouring agents minimally alter the structure of fondant or marzipan when incorporated. They are also suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, biscuits, brownies and much more.

Our recommendations for optimal results:

• Quickly wipe away any spills as prolonged contact with plastic or a worktop could cause damage.
• Do not use plastic utensils.
• Avoid direct contact of the concentrated product with skin. Some flavours such as cinnamon and almond are very intense.

This product is kosher, sugar-free, contains NO vegetable oil, contains natural and artificial flavours, insoluble in water and for use in chocolate.
