Woody log cake mould kit (1100 ml)

The Woody kit makes a log cake whose relief reproduces a pile of wooden logs, a natural and warm decoration that immediately puts the table in the mood for the festive season. Inspired by a log cake by pastry chef Pascal Hainigue, it gives your Christmas desserts a shop-window finish.

The kit consists of two silicone elements that fit into a dedicated plastic support, for a log cake 24 cm long and about 8 cm high, i.e. 1100 ml of mixture. It suits mousses, entremets and semifreddos, which can be finished with a velvet effect once turned out.

The silicone withstands the oven, the freezer and the blast chiller and is dishwasher safe; the plastic support, however, is not oven safe. A mould designed for pastry chefs who want to surprise with a log cake in an original design.
