Hazelnut Flavouring Paste (100g)

This hazelnut flavouring paste, made from 100% roasted hazelnuts, adds a mild, indulgent flavour to your bavarois, buttercreams, ganaches and other pastry creams.

Bake-stable, it can also be mixed straight into sponge or cupcake batters to flavour your cakes. Add it little by little, tasting as you go, until you reach the desired intensity, and allow a little more paste when baking above 200 °C.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it should be stored in a dark, dry place between 15 and 20 °C.
