Hazelnut Baking Emulsion (118 ml)

This baking emulsion adds an indulgent hazelnut flavour to your cakes, cookies, icings, fillings and desserts. Being water-based, it does not bake out in the heat like classic alcohol-based extracts, giving a rich, bold and long-lasting taste.

The flavour is micro-encapsulated in stabilisers and suspended in water, making it particularly stable when baking at high temperatures. It is easy to use: 1 teaspoon of extract equals 1 teaspoon of emulsion.

It comes in a 118 ml bottle made of recyclable, BPA-free PET plastic. This emulsion contains alcohol among its ingredients.
