Happy Birthday Garland - Black

This Happy Birthday garland is black. It is one of the room decorations and is hung on the walls to mark the birthday.

Hang it on a wall of the room or above the party table to announce the birthday from the entrance. The black stands out against light walls and gives the birthday decoration some character.
