A bagged preparation for a glossy red mirror glaze for easy glazing of your pastries. In just a few minutes, you can create a colorful glaze worthy of a great pastry chef!

Ideal for glazing logs, entremets, bavarois and other pastries.

EASY TO USE AND STORED IN A PRACTICAL FORMAT

Glazing your desserts has never been so quick: pour your 220g preparation into a saucepan, add 400ml water and bring to the boil for 30 seconds. Pour into 200ml of room-temperature water and stir regularly until your mixture reaches a temperature of 35°C, then pour over your frozen entremet and you're ready to go. It sets instantly.
