FunCakes Sugar Paste - Denim Blue - 250gr

FunCakes sugar paste is very flexible, smooth and easy to use thanks to its fine structure and malleability. It is sufficiently soft and hardens perfectly after use. It is blue and has a delicious vanilla flavour. Let it rest for one hour after colouring (covered) for best results. Knead it again before continuing. FunCakes sugar paste is available in different colours.

The satin finish of FunCakes sugar paste allows you to cover a cake while giving its contours a smooth and silky texture. If you want to create shapes, you are sure to achieve clean, sharp and flawless cuts. This new extremely workable sugar paste formula is perfect for home bakers as well as professionals!

With FunCakes sugar paste, you can easily model or create different shapes and designs. It is also suitable for creating decorations. For 250g of sugar paste, add one teaspoon of CMC - FunCakes Tylo Powder and/or water if necessary. Knead thoroughly before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.

Approximately 500g of sugar paste is needed to cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm.

For optimal results, please follow the following instructions:
• The sugar paste should be at room temperature.
• Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
• Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar then roll out the sugar paste using a pastry roller until you achieve an even thickness of 2-3 mm. Rotate the sugar paste a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking. Small cracks appear on the edges of the sugar paste when you roll it out? Knead it firmly again and repeat until the edges are smooth. The sugar paste is then ready to use.
