FunCakes Agar-Agar (50g)

FunCakes agar-agar is a plant-based binder and versatile product. It can be used as a substitute for gelatine. Agar-agar contains no animal-derived products.

If you replace gelatine with agar-agar, you will need to adjust your recipe. Agar-agar sets at room temperature. Always store your preparations in the refrigerator.
