Food colorings alimentaires en pâte (8pcs)

FunCakes' highly concentrated food coloring paste is ideal for coloring sugar paste, marzipan, modeling paste and flower paste. You can also use it to give a superb hue to your Crème au beurre or Crème Enchantée®.

But that's not all! Give your preparations and cookie doughs a pretty hue with one of the 8 coloring pastes in this FunCakes assortment. This coloring paste withstands temperatures of up to 200°C.

The set contains the following colors: ivory, yellow, pink, red, leaf green, royal blue, violet, black.

Directions for use: scoop a small amount of gel into the jar with a cocktail pick. Always keep it clean when adding color and mixing marzipan or sugar paste. For a more intense color, simply add a little gel. Knead well to obtain a uniform color, otherwise you'll get a marbled effect. Make sure the gel stays in the middle of the dough to avoid staining your hands. Wash hands with warm water and soap to remove any traces of color.

Maximum use:
Ivory: 2.5 g/kg.
Yellow: 12 g/kg.
Pink: 25 g/kg.
Red: 9 g/kg.
Leaf green: 14 g/kg.
Royal blue: 10 g/kg.
Violet: 17 g/kg.
Black: 5 g/kg.
