Flavouring Paste - Caramel

This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for deliciously flavoring your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and other fillings.

FunCakes flavourings can be added to dough, making them ideal for baking. Ideal for flavoring cookie dough or cupcakes, for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. If the baking temperature is high (over 200°C), add a little more food flavoring, as this may reduce the strength of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Recommended dosage: 20g for 500g of preparation.
