Flavour Paste - Pumpkin Spice (100g)

This flavour paste brings the warm, spicy notes of pumpkin spice, with a touch of cinnamon, to your creams and batters. Stir it into buttercream, bavarois or chocolate ganache, or straight into cupcake and sponge batter, as it holds up during baking.

Allow about 30 g per 500 g of mixture. When baking above 200 °C, add a little more paste, as the heat can soften the flavour.

Ideal for cupcakes, cakes and autumn desserts. Store in a dark, dry place between 15 and 20 °C.
