The intense and rich flavour of this cocoa is characterised by a fruity and unique bouquet of blonde orange, blackcurrant, lime and a hint of grapefruit. The refreshing and complex fruity acidity allows this Grand Cru couverture to stand out from other couvertures.
Optimal storage:
Keep tightly sealed, cool and dry at 14 - 20°C
