FunCakes egg white powder is the ideal substitute for fresh egg white!
It is perfect for preparing royal icing. Simply mix 10 g of egg white powder with 60 ml of water, 300 to 500 g of icing sugar and a pinch of citric acid.
Proportions: 10 grams of egg white powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. This mixture must be used within four hours.
