How to use edible diamonds?

Ready to use, simply place them on your cakes. We advise you to place the diamonds on your cakes at the last moment to prevent them from melting in the refrigerator.

Suitable only for use on sugar paste and buttercream.

How do I remove the edible diamonds from the plate?

We recommend placing the diamonds in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, then removing them by running your finger over them until they peel off.

How to store edible diamonds in jelly?

Protect from light: may cause chromatic degradation. Do not expose to temperatures above 40°C.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat and humidity.
