For people living with dementia, losing track of time quickly makes managing daily tasks difficult: meals, hygiene, medications, sleep. Tasks are forgotten or repeated, creating stress and loss of independence – for both the person concerned and their loved ones.

The Day Hub™ by Relish is much more than a clock. It's a daily routine manager with task alerts, designed to help your loved one stay independent at home longer. Patented technology, unique on the market.

How does it work?

The Day Hub™ displays the time, day and date on a 7-inch HD screen. Next to the screen, a handwritten task list (up to 10 tasks) is slipped into a dedicated panel. Each task is linked to a light-up button and a fixed time.

1. When a task is due, the corresponding button flashes orange and an audio alert sounds.
2. Once the task is completed, the person presses the button – it turns green.
3. At the end of the day, a quick glance is enough: green = done, orange = missed.
4. The system automatically resets every night.

The list is handwritten – an important feature. The familiar handwriting helps people with dementia recognize the list as their own, reinforcing the sense of ownership and control.

A readable and customizable HD screen

Like the Day Connect™, the Day Hub™ offers a high-definition screen tested for visually impaired people, with 4 high-contrast color themes. Brightness automatically adjusts to ambient light. The display is customizable: 12h/24h format, date format, time of day in words or icons, and 7 languages including French and German.

The time updates automatically during daylight saving changes (summer/winter) via Wi-Fi, and stays accurate even after accidental unplugging thanks to the backup battery.

Pair it with the Day Connect™

The Day Hub™ works very well on its own. To extend alerts to other rooms, pair it with the Day Connect™ (sold separately). Task alerts will then be broadcast throughout the house – up to 6 Day Connect™ per Day Hub™. Pairing is done in a few steps, with or without Wi-Fi.

Ideal at home and in care homes

At home, the Day Hub™ supports independence and reassures family caregivers. In care homes, it helps residents follow their personal routine and reduces the reminder burden on care staff. The packaging mentions neither dementia nor Alzheimer's – a discreet and useful gift.

Frequently asked questions

Can you use the Day Hub™ without the Day Connect™?
Yes. The Day Hub™ is standalone. The Day Connect™ is an optional add-on to broadcast alerts to other rooms.

Can you manage weekly appointments?
No. The Day Hub™ is designed for recurring daily tasks (meals, medications, hygiene). Times repeat automatically every day.

Is Wi-Fi necessary?
No. Wi-Fi allows automatic time updates and pairing with the Day Connect™, but the Day Hub™ works perfectly without it.

What happens if the device is unplugged?
The backup battery keeps the time and date. When plugged back in, everything resumes without reconfiguration.

Can it be wall-mounted?
Yes, via the provided mounting holes. It can also be placed using the integrated stand.
