Dark Chocolate Ganache (260g)

This ready-to-use ganache from FunCakes has an intense dark chocolate taste. It can be used to cover, garnish or decorate cakes. Also ideal as a chocolate topping, or to flavor your ice creams or bavarois. Ganache is easy to use. Hardens in the fridge.

Can be used to cover and garnish (in 2 layers) a 20 cm cake, or to cover and garnish (in 1 layer) a 25 cm cake. Enough to create 20 to 25 twists on a cake.

• For a chocolate filling: blend the ganache in a mixer to obtain a light, airy consistency suitable for use with a piping bag.
• For a topping or piping bag mix: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or in a bain-marie until the right consistency is obtained.
• For a buttercream or low-fat chocolate filling: add 150g of soft butter to the ganache and mix at high speed for 5 minutes.
• The instructions on the packaging are in the following languages: Dutch, English, German and French.

Preparation: microwave at 340W for approx. 1 minute.
