Colour Mill Aqua Blend food colourings are water based, making them ideal for low-fat or dry preparations. Royal icing, macarons, meringues, sugar paste, jellies or drinks take on vivid, intense and even shades, with no grain or streaks thanks to a finely micro-milled pigment.
Choose your shade from 59 colours, from pastel tones to deep hues. Add the colouring drop by drop using the dispensing cap and mix well between each addition until you reach the shade you want: a little goes a long way, as the pigments are highly concentrated. For an even more intense result, let the mixture rest overnight.
20 ml bottle. UV- and fade-resistant. Before first use, pierce the inner seal with the cap and shake the bottle well. For preparations rich in butter, chocolate or cream, choose the oil-based Colour Mill range instead.
