Silicone molds for perfect demolding
Not only does this kit include the utensils you need to make a success of your desserts, it also contains two log recipes: one with caramel and pecans, and another with red fruits and chocolate.
The advantage of these molds is their quality. Their 100% platinum silicone material means they can be used in the oven, freezer or refrigerator. You'll be able to bake cakes, cakes and, of course, logs with the Instant mold.
The ease of use of these molds makes them easy to remove from the mold, whether for sponges, inserts, cakes or logs. The silicone material creates air calls during demolding, avoiding breaking your chocolate shells and guaranteeing impeccable results.

Precautions for use: Do not place the mold in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use sharp tools in the mold. Before first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the mold only when you use it for the first time.
