CMC Tylo Powder (60g)

You can add FunCakes CMC/tylose Powder to your fondants to harden them. You can also use CMC/tylose powder to make edible glue.

Preparation: To harden fondant, use approximately 3 g (1 teaspoon) of CMC powder for 250 g of fondant. To make edible glue, mix 1 unit of CMC powder with 30 units of water. Let mixture stand overnight before use.
