Extendable pastry ring for high cakes. This ring allows you to bake extra tall cakes and to dress the entremets to the desired size.

For cakes from 15 to 23 cm in diameter and 12 cm high. Graduated circle to obtain the desired size.

Material: 18/8 stainless steel suitable for food contact.
