Callebaut's gold chocolate wafers have a unique taste, both intense and balanced, with rich notes of caramel, butter, cream and a hint of salt. These gold-tinted wafers have a beautiful intense caramel colour and pale amber.
They are made from the finest Belgian chocolate and are perfect for making chocolates, bavarians, ganaches and other sweet treats. Of course, you can also melt the wafers and beautifully cover your cupcakes and biscuits with chocolate.
If they are subject to temperature variations, the wafers may melt during transport. You will still be able to use them but their original shape may be altered. Please follow the usage instructions for the wafers printed on the packaging.
