Callebaut's dark chocolate Callets, containing 53.8% cocoa, are made from the finest Belgian chocolates. Designed to be melted, these Callets have a balanced taste of bitter cocoa. Ideal for creating candies and chocolates, molten Callets can also be used as a topping for cupcakes or cookies.
