Cake Perfector Gel is used in baking to improve texture, volume, consistency and mouthfeel. It is a colourless gel that helps to mix and distribute air molecules in your recipes, allowing you to achieve beautiful cakes with high volume, increased softness and amazing consistency. The stabilising effect helps bakers of all levels to bake cakes without hassle and achieve consistent results.

It can be used in sponge cakes, cupcakes, muffins, scones, brownies and much more.

Cake Perfector Gel is a blend of various emulsifiers in the form of a colourless gel. Being a gel, the product is already in its activated form, which ensures it does its job as soon as you start mixing your ingredients. This guarantees consistent results every time. Baking 10 sponge cakes in one day? You'll get the same cake every time. The fact that it's already activated also means you can reduce your mixing time by 50%.
