In Cachamot, each round begins with a word displayed prominently on the slate.
The player designated as Cachamot draws a card and writes down this starting word. They then think of a second word, linked to the first by association, and write it down as well. Finally, one last association leads to a third word, written secretly at the bottom of the slate. Once closed, the slate reveals only the initial word and the first letters of the two following words.
The other players then have only one chance to guess the third word, starting by mentally deducing the second. If no one finds it, a new letter is revealed and everyone can try again.
The first person to guess the final word scores 1 point. The Cachamot, however, only scores 1 point if the word is found on the second round. They must therefore create associations that are both logical and subtle enough not to be too obvious from the start!
