Bakery Emulsion Maple (118 ml)

This bakery emulsion gives your cakes, cookies, icings and desserts a warm, mellow maple flavour. Water-based and alcohol-free, it does not evaporate in the heat like standard extracts, giving a rich and lasting taste.

The flavour is micro-encapsulated in stabilisers and suspended in water, making it especially stable when baking at high temperatures. Dosage is simple: 1 teaspoon of extract equals 1 teaspoon of emulsion.

It comes in a 118 ml bottle of recyclable, BPA-free PET plastic.
