These PME guide rings are placed at the end of the roller (15 and 22.5 cm) each time you use them, to obtain the right thickness of dough. Thanks to these rings, you get precisely the thickness of sugar paste or marzipan you want to roll out!

For use with 15 and 22.5 cm PME plastic rollers.

Use with a 25 mm (1") diameter rolling pin.

Ring thickness is :

• 1.55 mm (1/16 inch)
• 3.55 mm (1/8 inch)
• 12.60 mm (1/2 inch)
