Thanks to these SME guide rings, you get precisely the thickness of sugar paste or marzipan you want to roll out. These rings are placed at the end of the roller (40 cm) each time you use them, to obtain the right thickness.

For use with 40 cm PME plastic roller.

For use with a 44 mm (1.75 in) diameter rolling pin.

Ring thickness is :

• 1.55 mm (1/16 inch)
• 3.55 mm (1/8 inch)
• 6.25 mm (1/4 inch)
• 12.60 mm (1/2 inch)
