Collection: Marzipan

Marzipan is as good for modelling as it is for eating: it covers cakes with a soft, almond-flavoured layer and can be shaped into fruit, animals and figures. Our range includes Passion Red marzipan in 250 g, along with everything you need to work with it.

The Pâtisse modelling tool set (8 pieces), a cake smoother and a sugarpaste extruder with 20 discs help you achieve clean shapes. Edible glue and clear piping gel hold pieces together, CMC Tylo powder firms up the paste, and food pens or gold lustre colours add faces and highlights.
