Lace & Impression Mats

Silicone lace mats and impression mats create fine, repeating decorations that would be almost impossible by hand. Spread a sugar lace mix or tuile batter over the mat, and once dried or baked it takes on the pattern and peels away to wrap the sides of a cake or crown an entremets.
