Edible Glitter, Gold & Silver

Edible glitter, gold leaf and silver leaf are the finishing touches that make a wedding cake, a celebration entremets or New Year macarons shine. 24-carat gold leaf, sold singly or in packs of four, is laid carefully with tweezers onto mirror glaze or ganache, while edible silver leaf gives a cooler, more modern effect.

Edible shimmer powders in gold, ruby, ginger or bronze can be brushed on dry or mixed with a few drops of alcohol, and glitter spray, including Gold Finishing Sparkle, covers large areas quickly. Gold maxi sugar pearls and a mix of glitter sugars complete the range. Pair them with chocolate pearls, edible flowers or our other edible decorations.
