Marzipan

Marzipan in 250 g blocks in four colours: Passion Red, Midnight Black, white and Grass Green.

This coloured almond paste is ready to model into figures and cake decorations. Mixing the white with another colour easily gives intermediate shades, so a few blocks can cover a whole party theme. Keep the paste well wrapped while you work so that it does not dry out.
