Our baking flavourings bring real character to sponges, creams, macarons and icings. LorAnn super-strength flavours (strawberry, cherry, coconut, coffee, bubblegum) are used drop by drop, the Red Velvet emulsion holds up in the oven, and flavouring pastes such as vanilla, raspberry, pistachio, orange or mocha add both taste and colour. Natural flavour powders, like pistachio, suit recipes where you do not want extra liquid.
