Our food colouring range covers every cake decorating technique. Progel and our 30 g gel colours tint sugarpaste, buttercream and macaron batter without making them runny, while oil-based Colour Mill is designed for chocolate and ganache. Natural powder colours in black, pink or green suit recipes where you want softer tones.

For the finish, velvet sprays give frozen entremets a matt, suede-like look, while Bright Gold metallic spray, shimmer powders and glitter sugar add sparkle. Pair them with our fondant icing and candy melts, or browse all our baking ingredients.
