Return Policy

Items sold on Special-Day.ch may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods to the following address. Once the goods have been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Items will be refunded directly to the payment method used for the order.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. The cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the returned items if the order, which initially exceeded Fr. 99.-, is finally below the Fr. 99.- which offered free shipping of the order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and will not be exchanged or refunded if there are obvious signs of mishandling.
