All you need to do is temper your chocolate according to the checklist method, fill all parts of the mold and turn them out onto a wire rack to drain off any excess chocolate.

Once your chocolate has cooled, it's time to unmold, glue your different parts together with melted chocolate, and a pretty handbag will appear :)
