Please note! If you find an identical item cheaper elsewhere, we'll sell it to you at that price.
Here's how:
1. Let us know the price by sending us a link to the retailer's website or a photo of the catalog on our contact form.
2. We'll check the price as quickly as possible.
3. If everything is correct, we'll adjust the price in our store and, if you've already placed an order, we'll refund the difference directly to you.
Note: Competitors' delivery, shipping and packaging costs (traditional and online retailers) are not taken into account!
Our guaranteed low prices apply...
For regular competitor prices
The price guarantee applies to the prices of competitors with regular activity on national territory, based on current regulations and taxes, and whose items are shipped from Switzerland. It therefore does not apply to the prices of itinerant traders, foreign suppliers or private individuals wishing to sell an item.
On Internet prices
Of course. But on the Internet too, we consider competitors with a regular activity on the national territory on the basis of the regulations in force and taxes, and also answering for the guarantee and service. It does not apply to prices charged on the Internet by suppliers based outside France who also deliver to our country.
Identical items
Identical means that the manufacturer, product type, etc. are identical or that all the specific characteristics of the item are identical. Provided that packaging units or sizes are comparable.
Prices that are or were valid at the same time
When comparing a Special Day Sàrl price with a competitor's price, both prices must be compared at the same time. The competitor's price must be (or have been) valid for at least one week.
Up to 14 days after date of purchase
The guarantee of permanently low prices can be invoked up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
Our guaranteed prices do not apply...
Rental items
The price guarantee does not apply to rental items, as they need to be washed, tested and repackaged, a service that is not always equivalent between suppliers.
Sales
The guarantee of permanently low prices cannot be invoked for reduced prices during sales, seasonal sales or discount sales of certain items.
Food products
The low-price guarantee does not apply to our food products.
Auctions
Prices charged at auctions (on the Internet) cannot be compared with prices charged on a permanent basis for all our customers.
Prices for a limited circle of customers only
The guarantee of permanently low prices concerns the prices of our competitors, where an item is identified and offered to all customers. It therefore applies to the price displayed for the item in store.
The permanently low price guarantee applies to prices that a competitor offers to all customers, which presupposes that these prices are valid for at least 5 days. Special Day Sàrl prices apply to everyone under the same conditions. All the time. If competitors' prices only apply to certain customers, we do not wish to compete with this type of practice.
Individual offers are therefore not a basis for invoking the price guarantee.
Non-specific benefits or bonuses
At Special Day, our slogan is "cheaper now". Competitors sometimes offer their customers bonuses or benefits based, for example, on annual sales. Such operations cannot be reduced to a specific item, and therefore cannot be invoked as part of the permanent low-price guarantee.
