Ready to use, Ravifruit apricot purée in small packs is ideal for making sorbets, ice creams, fruit mousses, bavarois, charlottes, fruit jellies, pastry and ice cream desserts, coulis, toppings, Italian ices, granitas and cocktails.

It can also be used in a blender, shaker or served directly in a glass.
This apricot purée is made from selected fruit picked when ripe, from an appropriate terroir and according to a natural recipe: only fruit and little added sugar.
It is guaranteed without colorants or preservatives.
The recipe is based on a gentle pasteurization process, which preserves the fruit's taste and color.

This Ravifruit apricot puree has many advantages:

Consignes de stockage Store in a cool, dry place for 14 months from date of manufacture. After opening, store in a cool place between 0 and 4°C and consume immediately.
