Preparation: See the quantity chart on the packaging or visit www.funcakes.com for proportions and baking times. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). All ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full). Put the cake in the oven and do not open it while it is baking! The cake is ready when it is elastic to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a cake rack.
