Make a delicious buttercream for your cakes with this gluten-free mix from FunCakes. This cream is perfect for filling and coating cakes, or as a topping on cupcakes. Simply add water and butter to this buttercream mix to create the most delicious buttercream frosting.

  • With this mix, you can make a delicious, creamy gluten-free buttercream, perfect for filling and coating cakes or topping cupcakes.
  • The cream can also be used as a layer on the cake if you wish to cover with sugar or almond paste.
  • FunCakes gluten-free buttercream already has a delicious vanilla flavor, but can be used with FunCakes flavoring pastes. Just add food coloring and voilà!

Because the mixes are made in a gluten-free factory, FunCakes can guarantee that they contain less than 20 mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity will be symptom-free with this low dose. So anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can finally make cakes with these FunCakes pastry mixes.

Preparation: mix 150 g of mixture with 100 ml of water in a bowl. Leave to stand for 1 hour. Whip 180 g softened butter on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add half the butter to the mix and blend until completely absorbed. Add the remaining butter and blend for a further 5 minutes at high speed. Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from temperature changes and heat sources.
