Preparation for Royal Glaze (450g)

Icing cookies and decorating cakes is such a fun and creative process! So why not save time preparing your royal icing and enjoy the decorating part even more? With this FunCakes royal icing mix, all you have to do is add water and you've got a lovely, firm icing. You can modify the consistency to suit your preferences by adding a little more water. This makes royal icing perfect for cake decorations and cookie icing. The royal icing then hardens completely and can be colored in any desired color with FunCakes food coloring.

Preparation: Add 55 ml of water to 450 g of stiff Royal Icing Mix. Mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed to obtain a firm white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can shoot peaks that don't fall back. If you're using a hand mixer, make sure it doesn't jam! Tip: add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of icing for a medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for a fine consistency.
