Sugarflair whitening powder intensifies the whiteness of your icing or marzipan. It can also be used to prepare white paint by mixing a little powder with alcohol or water.
White colorants without titanium dioxide eliminate the yellow side, lightening sugar paste and reducing the yellow tint of buttercream and chocolate.
